Looks like today is going to be a slow one, hopefully at this point. Choir practice this morning followed by Sunday school and Church. Unless we hear from a realtor while I'm at church there are no showings scheduled for today.
We had a tremendous Anniversary service at church today. Following the service we had a baptismal, with 15 people getting baptised! I was amazed at the number, it didn't seem like there had been that many since the last one. We also had a couple of others come forward for baptism today also.
I rode around with the guys this afternoon looking at some houses, townhouse, etc. and came across this cute little number. It is a small place 2 bedrooms, but it did have a yard. Hmm a townhouse, that is something to think about. As long as I have a place to have some plants and the girls & I have a place to get outside to enjoy the sunshine it would be great. Nice studio space. It does look like the roof needs some attention, but otherwise it appears to be in good shape. It seemed to call to me, I guess because it has architectural interest and appears to have a unique character about it.
Walter and I went out this evening for a bit of shopping and dinner. I found an absolute "killer" interview outfit at Lane Bryant and hope that it does the job for whatever job that I do get to interview for. "Knock wood", I get to use it on or just after the 15th. It will even be great in separates for church, work or even casual. It just depends on what is paired with what.
We were headed out to Spinnakers for dinner, but it was getting crowded so we headed on down the road to Olive Garden. Ah, Soupa Tuscana and Tiramisu with coffee. What a great way to end the evening.
I came home and modeled the new outfit for the guys. Sean said that it was fantastic and Dean thought that it was very professional.
The boys are watching the Super Bowl. Last I heard the Colts were winning, but it is only the third quarter and everything could change in a heartbeat. I'm headed up to do my assigned reading for Dr. Burke. As parents we sometimes loose who we are and forget to take care of ourselves while we tend to everyone else. This book, Codependent No More, by Melody Beattie - it is designed to help you start caring for yourself.

Not everyone knows what you are talking about when you say a 2 bedroom townhouse. It looked fairly nice. Did you go inside?
You'll have to model the clothes for the rest of us sometimes.
A townhouse is basically an apartment that you own. Townhouses are typically two-story. But the real difference between a townhouse and an apartment is you own it. Also the difference between a condo and a townhouse is that you own the building and plot of land that it sits on as well. In a condo you really only own the interior space of your home.
By the way, we didn't go inside it was really just a drive-by.
I'll model for this week, maybe you can get a picture of me in the new outfit so I can post it.
