I got out early this morning, before heading to work, to survey the aftermath of last night's 'adventure'. The front ditch is full of tree limbs and lots of tree debris. There are going to be some busy people at the house on Wednesday working on getting this mess cleared up.
There won't be any mail delivery at the house today - I have to pick up a new mailbox. We're beginning to think that the mailbox is cursed. This is the second one that we have replaced in a year. Hope this one stays around longer than the last.After all the trees that we have cut down within the last year (with a few more that need to come down), it's going to sound really funny, but we may just have to plant a few in the Fall. We'll at least they will be well chosen and planted strategically.
