While the boys were out camping, Walter took me out to Olive Garden for "Linner" (lunch/dinner). We had the usual of soup, salad and breadsticks. The Soupa Toscana was delicious as always. We had an excellent meal and a great time for conversation.
After which we did a bit of running around. Visiting the Pier One closeout store - it was hard to believe that they did have anything there that was very intersting.
Off to Circuit City just to browse. Walt found a steering wheel attachment for his PS2, it should make some interesting driving in a couple of his games.
We even went by Collins Buildings to look at the lawn statutes. They had two or three that I thought were extremely cute and they even had small garden ponds. Lots of neat things for the yard. The heron would look great as a center piece for a small pond with foundation grasses of various types planted around the base. As for Mr. Porker here he would be absolutely adorable tucked into the front flower bed in between a couple of the hedges. He would be a "surprise visitor" there. I even saw some small rabbit that would be fun tucked into the hostas in the back yard.
We even stopped by Toucan Imports and the Dollar Tree, Walter found a couple of hooks that he had been looking for and I found a cheap squirt gun. All this and we still made it home before 5:30 p.m.
