Morning

This morning I was out early watering all the transplanted shrubs and flowers when I caught a couple of squirrels sneaking along the back of the yard.

I wasn't able to get a photo of the first, he was a bit too far away, but the second one....

He hung out on the tree in the neighbors yard as I was watering the juniper bushes directly underneath him. I thought that he was out looking for a drink, but...

As I moved around the tool shed I noticed that he came down and started to slip down the back of the yard.

As I moved toward the front yard we had our own Mourning Dove on the Mews. She didn't stay too long. Carla was out walking with me as I watered and as she walked down the drive the bird flew off.
