We had a surprise visit from Danielle this morning. She came to visit between exam times. We got her here around 9:10 and got her back to school at 12:30.
It was nice to visit, she walked around with me while I watered the plants in the yard. When we got to the plants towards the front of the yard I caught a glimpse of this praying mantis on a iris pod. He was really hidden. I don't think that I would have seen him if I hadn't been watering the phlox.
