A brand new week and we are getting off on a fast pace. A special thank you goes out to both Troy and Mom for being there and their willingness to be on stand-by to help get things taken care of today. I appreciate all the help you both were willing to be there to give.
Sean's orthodontist appointment got put off until Thursday, he will be getting his permanent retainers then. We had to push it back since he had injured his knee last night while he was out playing in the neighborhood. While Dean was with Sean at Patient First this evening he was paged and they had to leave. Turned out that our internet was down at home and he had to make the trek all the way back to work to fix the issue with the servers.
Since he had to head back to work I was able to get word to his instructor that he was going to be missing class this evening. Good thing too, since as of 9:00 p.m. our internet service is still down. Dean only has three classes left before he finishes up for the semester. That will have him all set for Easter vacation. I know that both the guys are looking forward to that.
I've slipped up to Panera Bread, a local restaurant, which has wi-fi service available for use. I am so glad I remembered. I needed to get online to send some pictures that the local news will be using during an interview with my employer tomorrow. I hate like all get out that it was able to be done at 5:30 when I got home, but that is the way it is when you've got internet issues.
I also spent about an hour with Sean this evening at Patient First - we managed to make it back to have his knee looked at. Turns out the way that he twisted it mainly agitated the knee problems he already had, so they put him in a knee splint to wear for about a week. That should help him to keep it immobile for awhile.

Why Indeed ...?
- Why does "slow down" and "slow up" mean the same thing?
- Why does "fat chance" and "slim chance" mean the same thing?
- Why do "tug" boats push their barges?
- Why do we sing "Take me out to the ball game" when we are already there?
- Why are they called "stands" when they are made for sitting?
