Sean and I left around 9:30 for a trip to the Yorktown waterfront. We had a relaxing drive down on Colonial Parkway. We even made a stop to take several pictures along the parkway.We arrived in Yorktown at just the right time, the Alliance was out on the river. It was cool to see a ship that large using sails. Oh there were quite of few smaller sailboat, but it was impressive.
Sean hung out on the beach for awhile digging a huge hole, which he promptly got into and covered himself up with sand. Even going so far as to decorate himself with some spare parts! After having that much sand all over him, he spent the rest of his time in the water.
