Welcome

Fall has arrived quite pleasantly. The temperature has been fantastic today. Sean got off to an excellent start for the day. We even found a couple of items that he had lost - Yippee!

I have spent the day working on the inlay portion of the kitchen table. It is coming along nicely, I hope to get it finished before the weekend is over.

Tim called to let us know that his crew chief's house had burned down today. The creepy part of this terrible accident was that they both had been to the house about a half-hour prior to the fire. This was one of those drive-by situations, he was just getting his lunch out of the pantry. No cooking, no need for lights, etc... It turns out that the water heater exploded. They were truly being watched over - no one was home when the water heater went. We all need to keep this family in our prayers.

Sean attened the first school dance of the year - the Back-to-School Dance. He was able to meet up with several of his friends there. He came home extremely tired and happy. He had had a fantastic time.

I finished working on the kitchen table around 11:30 p.m. Photos of some of the detail work tomorrow.

Punctuation is Everything

An English professor wrote the words: "A woman without her man is nothing" on the chalkboard and asked his students to punctuate it correctly.

All of the males in the class wrote: "A woman, without her man, is nothing."

All the females in the class wrote: A woman: "without her, man is nothing."

Punctuation is everything. - Anon.
