Saturday

Funny Observation: This morning Tweat's friend the Wren stopped by and sat on the edge of the deck rail. Apparently looking for her, since he was sitting near where her cage normally hangs outside. It was so cute. She said "something" to him and then he few off. Dean commented that now we have an innie and an outtie bird. It is something else to see. I look forward to the winter months to see if he still comes around if so, I'll have to put seed on the deck for him. I've broken down and hung her cage outside for a while so that she can talk with her other friends. I know she has them since they tend to congregate in the trees closest to the house when she's outside.

Movies for the Weekend:
  1. Hoot - an adventure to save endangered owls.
  2. the lake house - a romance between two people that live two years apart.
  3. Yours, Mine & Ours - 18 kids in one house!
  4. Poseidon - a remake.
This afternoon Dean was so encouraged by the growth of new grass in the front yard, he plugged and sewed grass seed in the far back of the backyard. It is in the area where we've never had grass, so we are hopeful to see some there.

I spoke with Alice today she was out and about shopping late at night. Hope that she gets in before it's too late in the evening.
