Today being the last day of the year, most time people take time to reflect and evaluate the events of the past year as the new one approaches. I have compiled a list of some of the highlights of our past year.
- 1/17 - Clara Grace, born to Steve & Robin Owens a new cousin.
- 1/27 - Faith Marie born - our first grandchild. So small and absolutely adorable.
- 4/1 - Sean began playing baseball for CLL Junior Yankees & I began work as Team Mom it was a Great Season!
- 4/3 - Sean began online classes for the final 9-weeks (excellent results)
- 4/25 - I took a short excursion to Pennington Gap with Mom to bring Mamaw Stapleton up here for a visit.
- 4/29 - Five generation of girls all together in one place. Mamaw Stapleton, Mom, myself, Danielle and Faith. A very special time.
5/20 - Dean & I got new/old cars. Dean a 2001 Corolla; myself a 1998 Camry.- 5/26 - Walter moved out into his own apartment
- 7/24 - Danielle & Ben's 1st Anniversary
- 9/5 - Danielle begins her Senior year & Sean starts 7th grade
- 9/14 - Dean & I celebrated our 15th Anniversary
- 9/16 - I turned a big 43
- 11/7 - Dean get a promotion in the Etch Department
- 11/22 - I took a mini-vacation with Mom to Pennington Gap for the Thanksgiving holiday.
- 11/29 - We got cell phones again. Now we can all stay connected with one another.
- 12/9 - John Owens completed his Masters degree program! Way to go John.
- 12/10 - Walter got into and automobile accident and lost. The Geo is beyond practical repair costs.
- 12/14 -Dean got a promotion and job change to the IT department. He officially begins on 12/30
- 12/18 - Walter's traffic ticket came to court and he was able to get just driving school.
- 12/22 - Carla has 2 or 3 compressed disc and is on crate rest for two weeks.
- 12/30 - Walter purchased his replacement car, a Volvo.
