Sunday Activities

We had a wonderful church service this morning, full of patriotic music and awesome preaching, Dr. Fowler did a great job. After services we headed out for a church picnic. The food and fellowship was equally as enjoyable. Sean is standing in line here for a snowcone, as it was close to 90+ outside, he and everyone else seemed to need one.

I didn't get to see Danielle or Miss Faith at church today, as Danielle had let me know earlier that Faith was running a small fever and they did not want to share that with the rest of the children in the nursery - that was the same policy that we had when all of ours were little as well.

This afternoon Dean is setting to work on the spare room to get it ready for painting and set up as an exercise/computer/library. The holes are all just about patched and sanded now to get to the real job of painting.

With no choir practice this evening, since we are having guest singers next week, depending on how far along Dean gets with the room, I may pop in and get started on the woodworks for them, that is if they want my help.

Well, the spare room has been put on hold for a bit. Walter called and Dean headed out to help him with an automobile problem. It's pretty cool that they are working together on any project. They put on a couple of belts and put in spark plugs.
