Wednesday

Sean starts back to camp this morning. It is a bit overcast and he may need that rain poncho before the day is out.

Marion and Kimi came by this afternoon for some assistance with Kimi's summer research project. She is working on doing her family genealogy to have ready for the fall. We had a wonderful visit. We even got into the old letters and correspondence that belonged to Elda's grandparents. Kimi even emailed her teacher to see if he wanted to work with them in a larger project. So we will see. Who knows, what will become of the project? I told Elda about the possible project with the letters, she seemed slightly excited about the possibility of something actually getting done with them.

Found this interesting picture on Danielle & Ben's Blog this evening. She had been working on this on Independence Day and it just turned up on their site. So Faith's acrobatic fete for the da wa to show us all just how adorably that she could show off her ability to munch on her own toes!

That storm that I was worried about is beginning to move into the area this afternoon. It will probably arrive about the same time as Dean and Sean. Since we are heading out for a bit this evening, looks like pizza is the dinner of choice tonight.
